Step 1 - RIthmic Data Feed
Sign Rithmic Trading Agreements
Sign them in the RTrader application, make sure you have the latest version which you can download by clicking this link –> Download RTrader
Mac Users – Please use this link to sign your agreements.
Step 1 - CQG Data Feed -- Tradovate / NinjaTrader
Use credentials from Email or Dashboard to Login to Tradovate
If you’re new to Lucid you must sign into Tradovate first even if you plan on trading on NinjaTrader or TradingView
Step 2
Login to your Trading Platform
Once you have signed your Rithmic trading agreement you can go to any of our supported trading platforms using the credentials you used to sign your agreements to then login to your account. These are your trading account credentials during the LucidTest and LucidPro phase.
Step 3
Locate your Dashboard for Insights
During checkout you created an account with your email address and password, the best place to manage your account and view your trading dashboard is in your lucidtrading.com my account portal.
This is the area that has your order history as well as your trading dashboard so you can track your progress. The trading dashboard will send you a one time password each time you login (for security reasons) to view your trading accounts performance. You will also receive the daily LucidWire reports which contain similar data but delivered directly to you.
Lucid has partnered with MotiveWave and Quantower to provide you with a trading platform if you don’t already have your own. The process to request a license for either one is very simple, you can find the request options in your LucidDashboard.
IMPORTANT: Rithmic is on maintenance over the weekend. It may not possible to log in on weekends. Traders with a non-professional status does not pay for the exchange data feed. It is included in the Qualification Account. A professional Trader is required to pay his/her exchange data feed every month $112 per exchange (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX).
