Complete Your Onboarding Correctly
Read each requirement below before filling out your Live Onboarding Document.

Use your full legal name everywhere. Enter your First, Middle, and Last name on every name field. Do not use initials — your full legal name must be consistent across the entire form.

Use the full signature option. On all signature pages, use the draw/upload signature — not the plain text typed selection. Plain text signatures will not be accepted.

Your ID must match your listed name. The government-issued ID you upload must match the full legal name entered on the form.

Address verification must match. Your uploaded document must display the same name and address entered on the form, be dated within 90 days, and be clearly legible.

Fill out all sections of the form — do not leave any part blank. On the Power of Attorney document, you are the "Account Manager" as the trader. Enter your own information in all Account Manager fields.
